Enthusiasts prompted The Red Wine Boutique to grow its few tables into a world-class restaurant with a chef as distinguished as their wine collection. Their Italian-designed serving and sampling system made exploring wine easy, so people made an evening of it. Group46 guided Red to adapt its name, to portray its approach to wine as unpretentious and relevant, and to invite people to Relax, Explore, Enjoy, Fulfill. We presented Red to a restaurant-rich market as “A Lovely Way to Spend an Evening.”
