Dr. Chris LeBlanc practices an inspired form of healthcare, more proactive, nurturing, and personal than other practices. To launch a business model based on a flat fee for member services, we had to differentiate the practice from “concierge” models, which had met with mixed results. Our key finding was to make the practice essential, rather than optional. The name, “Vital” encapsulated the life-enhancing, life-saving, life-lengthening professional care Dr. LeBlanc provides, while avoiding the “luxury” or “optional” connotation of “concierge.”
